What's Up At Craft? - The Talented Tammy Klipfel

There's been a lot going on at Craft lately, and I was brainstorming what my first monthly post should focus on. From hiring difficulties, to the latest food trends, a recent new business win, etc.––there are so many talking points to cover. It occurred to me that I should recognize a significant contributor to Craft’s success. Someone who embodies the traits of a true leader: positive, dedicated, always committed to our customers, our employees and our client. A creative problem solver who is supportive of their leader and has a great sense of humor and most importantly, always figures out the daily challenges.

That person is Tammy Klipfel, our Assistant Director of Operations/Special Events at our Reid Park Zoo location in Tucson. Tammy joined Craft in early 2020 after working for the prior food and beverage provider and has since become an integral part of our management team. It goes without saying that Tammy has wowed us with her hardworking attitude and we have great confidence in her abilities. Our Director of Operations at the Reid Park Zoo, Chef Stephanie Santos (another amazing leader), is out for two weeks for her wedding and honeymoon. I'm sure Stephanie and the rest of the Craft team at Reid Park Zoo are grateful to have Tammy around to take care of business in her absence.
