We are excited to announce that Jacob Tew has joined the Craft Culinary Concepts team as our new Director of Culinary!

For two decades, Jacob has made meaningful contributions to the Food and beverage industry, showcasing versatility across fine dining to fast-casual experiences. His culinary journey includes navigating various National Parks and gateway communities, offering a diverse perspective on the art of gastronomy. He completed an enriching apprenticeship through the American Culinary Federation in the lodges of Yellowstone National Park, a unique backdrop for honing his culinary skills.

In the most recent chapter of his career at Aramark Destinations, Jacob donned multiple hats. As the Executive Chef of Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas and General Manager of F&B Southwest Region, he orchestrated seamless culinary experiences in a region spanning multiple national parks, state parks, and resort properties.

Based out of Lake Powell, Jacob oversaw F&B operations in a bustling hub that encompasses 400 hotel rooms, 300 campsites, and 7 food outlets.

Fueling his journey is Jacob's unwavering passion for creating and serving exceptional food, paired with a commitment to delivering high-quality hospitality. Welcome to the Craft Team, Jacob!
