Welcome to the team, Cheryl Muncie!

We are excited to announce that Cheryl Muncie has joined the Craft Culinary Concepts team at Will Rogers Memorial center as our new Director of Catering.

Cheryl's career started as the first Event Coordinator for Universal Studios FL. She has produced events for Disney Event Productions at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Six Flags and Old Tucson Studios. Cheryl also planned and produced grand openings for Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Sports Complex, 26 Walmarts in one year and 12 Sam’s clubs over a five years. She lived overseas for projects in France creating a theme park show for Walilbi, and in Thailand creating the worlds largest stunt show for Safari World and assisted the owners in the planning and design for a new theme park, Phuket FantaSea.

Most recently, Cheryl owned and operated her own businesses, Grace Event Productions and Heart & Soul Culinary. Being an entrepreneur and innovator, she have had the opportunity to create exciting inspiration for artful installations and experiential events.

Cheryl has a passion for people, great food, entertainment, giving and making a difference. Although she has lived around the world, Cheryl's home is Texas. She was born in Dallas and raised in Plano, where she currently resides across the street from my parents who still live in the house she grew up in. Cheryl and her fiancé, Wade,have two fur babies, Bengie, a toy Yorkie, and Bella Gigi, a Bengal cat.
