Background & Experience
I’m originally from Fitchburg, Massachusetts. I started my career in the Hospitality Industry with Centerplate in 1999 and have held various positions from concessions supervisor to General Manager with Craft Culinary Concepts in 2017. I studied Business Management at Northeastern University.
What do you enjoy most about working for Craft? What sets Craft apart from other companies?
At Craft Culinary Concepts we get to focus on “MAKING SERVICE A PRIORITY BY PUTTING THE GUEST EXPERIENCE AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO”.
What is something about you that most people may not know?
I retired from the United States Navy after 23 years of distinguished service.
Who is a woman that inspires you, and why?
My Grandmother and mother are very inspiring to me. They both encourage me to be whoever or whatever I wanted to be, which was a big reason I joined the Navy and traveled the world.
Do you have any advice for young women starting out in their careers?
Keep your eyes open and find a job you ENJOY. Say yes to things that are out of your comfort zone. Set realistic goals and let go of perfection.
Anything else you’d like to share?
Throughout my career, I have been adjunct to Senior Management for both the opening of the brand-new Nationals Park in 2008, MLB All Star Game 2007, and Super Bowls 2003, 2008 and 2015.
