EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT - VIVIANA RUIZ

Today's Employee Spotlight is on:

Viviana Ruiz, Café & Catering Lead at the Reid Park Zoo in Tuscon

Viviana has consistently demonstrated her dedication to work since she joined the team at Reid Park Zoo at age 16. She's always smiling and happy, and is a reliable worker who isn't afraid to learn new things. Viviana started out as a cashier before transitioning into leading birthday party events as hostess, and was recently promoted to the role of Café & Catering Lead!

Viviana is always showing interest in learning about our guests and personalizing their experience when they are here. Not only is she fantastic with guests, Viviana has also taken upon herself to step outside of her comfort zone and learn new skills such as rolling pretzels and working the grill.

We are extremely proud of her and all the hard work she puts in. Thanks, Viviana, for all you do!
