Craft Culinary Concepts would like to welcome Chef Vinny Dwight to our team! Chef Vinny has recently taken over the role of Executive Chef at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum in Tucson, AZ.

Chef Vinny has been working in kitchens since he was a teenager, for a total of nineteen years of culinary experience. Starting in Dish pit, he worked his way up to Kitchen Management in just a few years. Since then, he has held several Executive Chef titles around Tucson and is well known within the culinary community. With experience in global cuisine including French, Italian and Mediterranean, his absolute favorite style of cuisine is Southwest/Sonoran style cooking. With a passion for fresh, authentic, and quality ingredients, he strives to deliver spectacular dishes that wow his guests!

In his free time, Chef Vinny loves to spend time with his wife and his three children. One of his favorite things to do is to cook for family and friends. He also enjoys and takes pride in taking care of all of the native desert plants in his yard, lightly harvesting natural and sustainable ingredients from his own yard to cook with such as prickly pear and cholla buds to create amazing regional dishes at home for his family.
