Craft Culinary Concepts is actively following developments with Corona Virus/Covid-19 in providing guidance and direction to all of our locations. Craft has a rigorous food safety program in place with all managers ServSafe Certified, daily sanitation audits conducted at all locations, and regular training and updates for staff. We are providing additional guidance with resources from the World Health Organization, ServSafe, the National Restaurant Association and other industry resources to enhance our procedures related to sanitation and food safety. This additional guidance is available in English and Spanish to maximize staff communication.
We are also increasing staff levels to provide additional surface cleaning in all areas. We will provide additional updates as necessary and as always welcome guest feedback with any concerns or questions. We have included links to the additional resources communicated to our locations.
